What are regional settings for?

Regional settings are available in the Settings section, in the Avatar module. Here you may change configuration of the application related to functions such as: - Language - Default currency - Placement of currency symbol - Type of decimal separator - The beginning date of fiscal year - Date format - Time format - Time zone
